Welcome to MeanEdge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MeanEdge website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Trigger Labs Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
MeanEdge is a data aggregation and analytics platform that provides information about prediction markets. The Service compiles publicly available data from third-party prediction market platforms and presents analytics, comparisons, and insights to users.
MeanEdge is not a prediction market, exchange, broker, or trading platform. We do not facilitate, execute, or settle any trades, contracts, or transactions. We do not hold user funds, manage accounts on third-party platforms, or provide financial advice.

Market data is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. You acknowledge that your use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms and conditions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TRIGGER LABS INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any data or information provided through the Service is accurate, reliable, or complete. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of the Service. Any reliance you place on information provided through the Service is strictly at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIGGER LABS INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trigger Labs Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
